CleanPaws sells exclusively digital products. There are no physical goods, no physical shipping, and no shipping fees associated with any purchase from thecleanpaws.store.
No Physical Shipping
All products sold by CleanPaws are digital downloads delivered via email. No physical item will be shipped to any address. No shipping carrier is involved in any order. No shipping fees will ever be charged at checkout.
How Your Order Is Delivered
Upon successful payment, your digital files are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 60 seconds of order confirmation.
You will receive two emails:
- An order confirmation email from Shopify
- A delivery email from CleanPaws containing your permanent download links
All files are delivered as PDF documents. No app download, subscription login, or account creation is required.

- Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct
