CleanPaws sells digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because our products are digital files that are downloaded and accessed instantly, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind the quality and utility of The CleanPaws Complete System™ with a clear, no-friction satisfaction guarantee.

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase The CleanPaws Complete System™ and are not satisfied — for any reason — you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

We do not require you to:

  • Prove you completed the system
  • Explain your reason in detail
  • Return any files (there is nothing to return)
  • Submit a form or go through a review process

Send a single email to hello@thecleanpaws.store with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. No questions. No pressure.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days are outside the guarantee window and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–10 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that customers contact us directly at hello@thecleanpaws.store before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will process eligible refunds promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in your account being flagged with the relevant payment processor.

We respond to all chargeback disputes with full transaction documentation, delivery confirmation, and records of any prior communications.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of evident fraud, abuse of the guarantee policy (repeated purchases and refunds across multiple accounts), or requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
